In a highly competitive market for student residents, Inland turned to Gresham Smith to provide contemporary and sustainable interior designs that spoke to the unique identity of each campus location and would appeal to Inland’s targeted demographic.

The firm sought edgy interior environments that offered the latest in technological amenities. Equally important, the selected materials, furnishings and appointments had to be extremely durable and high quality.
Energetic Design for Energetic Residents
Gresham Smith provided interior design for various student common areas - including wireless lounges, gaming areas, fitness facilities, communal kitchens, common corridors and sales and administrative offices - that exude the high energy of student life featuring a vibrant scheme with natural colors as a backdrop. Sustainable elements such as cork flooring were utilized, and dropped ceiling features with contemporary light fixtures add architectural interest to the exciting student spaces.
