Gresham, Smith and Partners, a leading multi-disciplinary design and consulting firm for the built environment, is pleased to announce design completion for Schwan Cosmetics USA’s new 172,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Murfreesboro, Tenn., 35 miles southeast of Nashville. The German-based private-label cosmetics supplier selected the 25-acre greenfield site in late 2013. GS&P is part of a design-build team with Turner Construction. The facility is expected to open in second-quarter 2015.
