Bill leads project strategy, business development and client relations across Gresham Smith’s Transportation market. He previously served as chief engineer during his 36-year tenure with TDOT. He actively works with clients in both the private and public sectors to address their infrastructure needs. Bill currently sits on the TN Infrastructure Alliance board as Chairman.
