Continually seeking ways to reduce our energy consumption and waste, GS&P’s initiatives include firmwide operational enhancements, a mass transit incentive program, telecommuting, videoconferencing and waste reduction programs. 

GS&P’s Sustainability Policy establishes our commitment to integrating sustainability into our culture, processes and outcomes utilizing a framework to identify, measure and communicate progress towards our targets.

GS&P is committed to supporting the philanthropic endeavors of our employees. We encourage our employees to be engaged in civic and community organizations in the communities in which they live and work. The GS&P Individual Volunteer Empowerment (GIVE) Committee was established to support charitable contributions/ sponsorships, in-kind services and volunteer activities. Our communities benefit greatly from the collective influence of national and local organizations committed to enhancing our social resources, our environment and the health and well-being of others.

We gratefully support such agencies as: United Way, ACE Mentoring, American Heart Association, Boys & Girls Club, Engineers without Borders, Habitat for Humanity and March of Dimes.
