Having an extensive track record with pursuits, wins and successful project execution in the Federal sector, David is a 30-year veteran of the architecture and engineering industry. He is experienced with complex industrial, institutional and military projects, many of which involved fast-track design, design-build, construction management, or sensitive environmental and operational issues. In leading GS&P’s Federal market, David draws upon his experience in managing more than 40 different Federal IDIQ contracts and numerous single project contracts. His background includes working with agencies like the Army Corps of Engineers, Navy, Air Force, GSA, USPS and the Department of Energy, as well as many public and private sector clients.
Outside of the design arena, David has served in professional societies including the Society of American Military Engineers where he served as Vice President, President and Director of the Kittyhawk Post, as well as the American Council of Engineering Companies where he served two terms as Dayton Chapter President. David has spoken at many events involving the interface between Federal agencies and the A/E industry.
