Building Culture and Purpose
Rodney believes that we measure success internally by the culture of our firm and externally by the ways that we help create healthy and thriving communities. He has spent his entire 24-year professional career at Gresham Smith and has embraced our culture of openness and consideration for others. In his role as CEO and Board Chair, Rodney continues to be a servant leader who focuses on the success of our employees and our clients.
Supporting his view that we should help contribute to the communities where we work, live and play, Rodney currently serves as immediate past-President of the Tennessee Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). He is also on the Board of Directors for GraceWorks Ministries, and serves on the Advisory Board for his alma mater, the University of Alabama.
