2018 is in full swing! With a new year often comes new goals. We asked some of our employees to share their 2018 New Year’s resolutions as they pertain to work. Check out what they had to say!

My 2018 work resolution is to focus on the big picture and not sweat the small stuff. We have many amazing projects in the works for 2018 and I’m looking forward to being a part of our talented teams!

I anticipate that 2018 is going to be a pivotal year for training and development at GS&P. My resolution is to ask more questions so that I can continue to learn and adapt to our fast changing world. It’s amazing what I can learn when I ask why, ask colleagues for their thoughts and ask internal clients for feedback. Instead of accepting the status quo, I resolve to ask if there is perhaps a better, more engaging and effective way to unleash learning for everyone in the firm.

My work-related New Year’s resolution is to do a better job of encouraging the great people I work alongside in the Tampa studio. I want to make sure they know they are appreciated for supporting a design culture, adding to the integrity of our work through their thoughtfulness and making the day more enjoyable. Their hard work and dedication is recognized and appreciated!

My work-related resolution for 2018 is to place a greater focus on a small number of impactful initiatives for the firm.
