The National Museum of African American Music (NMAAM) is due to open right here in downtown Nashville in the Fifth + Broadway development in 2019! Please join us at Gresham Smith’s headquarters during Nashville Design Week and hear words from the museum architect Harold Thompson on his inspiration and design concepts as well as a foreword from Gresham Smith’s Joe Bucher on the overall Fifth + Broadway development. Light hors devours will be served and refreshments will be made available at our cash bar. All proceeds and donations will go to NMAAM and the Nashville Chapter of NOMA. NOMA is a non-profit professional service organization whose goals include being an effective source of motivation and inspiration for minority youth, to maintain an active role in their education, and to promote equity in the design and development of living, working, and recreational environments of the highest quality for all people.
