During this presentation, Altan Cekin will present a case study on the Gresham Smith-designed terminal lobby expansion project at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. He will explain how the design addresses current challenges and elevates and passenger experience. The presentation will also explore how project phasing is engaging stakeholders and affecting passenger throughput, as well as what ripple effects the project is having on other parts of the airport.
