Insights on Healthcare Design

From policy to patients and everything in-between, the healthcare industry is constantly evolving. In the last 18 months alone, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the industry to learn how to contain costs, improve efficiencies, manage risk and protect patients on the fly. As we emerge from a global pandemic of unprecedented scale, health systems must consider another set of challenges—from scaling up telemedicine practices and implementing long-term infection control measures to caring for the caregivers who have tirelessly taken care of others.
