Gresham Smith Celebrates Golden Anniversary by Donating $50,000 to Nonprofits

Gresham, Smith and Partners is proud to announce that the firm marked its 50^th anniversary, in part, by donating $50,000 to employee-chosen non-profit organizations. Fourteen nonprofits received donations as a result of the GS&P Golden Anniversary Giveback contest, while the remaining five organizations were selected by the Gresham, Smith and Partners’ Individual Volunteer Empowerment (GIVE) Committee, which supports the philanthropic endeavors of GS&P employees.

Gresham, Smith and Partners is proud to announce that Senior Vice President Grant Clifford, RIBA, LEED AP, and Director of Environmental Graphics Jim Harding, SEGD, presented at the Airport Planning, Design and Construction Symposium in Denver, Colo. Additionally, Senior Architect Ben Goebel, AIA, and Architect Brad Sucher, AIA, served as track hosts, overseeing the panel discussions related to terminal design and construction. The event, which was sponsored by the Airports Consultants Council and the American Association of Airport Executives, took place Feb. 28 – March 2.

The projects are part of a larger expansion plan to meet the long-term needs of the growing Rutherford County population.

GS&P’s Srinivas Jalla to Discuss Innovative On-Call Delivery Model for Public Utilities

Gresham, Smith and Partners is proud to announce that Senior Vice President Srinivas Jalla, P.E., PMP, co-authored Building an Effective On-Call Delivery Model to Improve Equipment Availability, a manuscript that provides a template for municipalities to build an adaptable on-call delivery model. Alongside co-author Richard Schoeck, P.E., PMP, Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources, Jalla will discuss the manuscript at the Water Environment Federation’s Utility Management Conference on Feb. 21 in San Antonio. The presentation will highlight the role GS&P played in developing and implementing an innovative on-call delivery model to meet Gwinnett County’s maintenance and rehabilitation needs.
