Catherine Noyes Joins Gresham Smith as Project Executive in Charlotte

Gresham Smith announces that Catherine Noyes has joined the firm as a project executive in Charlotte. She will work primarily with the Corporate + Urban Design and Industrial markets, with the ultimate goal of growing the scope and influence of Gresham Smith’s Charlotte office throughout the Carolinas. She brings more than 25 years of success leading business development and marketing strategy for architecture, engineering, construction and real estate development firms in the U.S., China, India and Mexico.

Noyes was most recently chief marketing officer at Ghafari Associates, managing six sector brands and more than 10 locations including India, Brazil, Mexico and the Middle East. She has also served as principal and director of marketing for SSOE Group in Toledo, Ohio, managing nearly 20 sector brands in more than 25 locations including China, India and Mexico. Outside of the office, Noyes is an active member and past board member for CREW, an organization for women in corporate real estate. She is also a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). Noyes earned LEAN SixSigma Green Belt certification in 2011 and graduated from the University of Toledo with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Gresham Smith’s Charlotte office also serves clients in numerous additional market sectors including Aviation, Healthcare and Transportation. Current local projects include Novant Health’s Mint Hill Medical Center, a 377,000-square-foot expansion/renovation at Charlotte Douglas International Airport and major production facility and corporate space for Dhollandia in Gaston County. The firm is also currently designing Phase 2 of an LG Electronics manufacturing plant in Tennessee.
