Gresham Smith Announces Tonya Spry as Director of Human Resources

Gresham Smith, a top-ranked national architecture and engineering firm with more than $200 million in annual gross revenue is pleased to announce that Tonya Spry, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has joined the firm as Director of Human Resources.

Spry has more than two decades of broad-range human resources (HR) leadership experience that includes developing and implementing innovative approaches for talent attraction and retention, fostering engaged employee cultures, and building strong professional development programs. Over the course of her career serving with global architecture and engineering firms, Tonya has established a reputation as a trusted business partner who aligns talent strategies with operational and financial needs.

Spry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University, and is a member of both the national and Middle Tennessee chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). A Tennessee native, Spry will be based in the firm’s Nashville office.
