Gresham Smith-Designed Ambulatory Care Center Featured in Medical Construction & Design Magazine

The 43,000-square-foot ambulatory care center for University of Florida Health in Raydient Places + Properties’ Wildlight community, Gresham Smith’s Florida Healthcare team designed, provides easy access to preventative medicine and promotes wellness. In Medical Construction & Design magazine, Gresham Smith Senior Architect Jim Kolb, AIA, LEED AP, and Senior Interior Designer Carolyn Blake, IIDA, LEED AP, EDAC, discuss the project’s design, which expresses Florida low country character through board and battens, local artwork and wood-slat ceilings and connect patients with the outdoors via a “walk-with-your-doc” trail, an exercise and play yard and demonstration garden.
