Gresham Smith is proud to announce that our design build team led by Brasfield & Gorrie received the 2020 Best Projects Award of Merit by Engineering News-Record Southwest.

The team was recognized for its work to design and construct the Raytheon North Airport Expansion, a 300,000 square foot multi-purpose facility, which opened earlier this year.

“It was a honor to work with Raytheon and Brasfield & Gorrie on this complex facility,” said David Verner, RA, NCARB, executive vice president of Industrial at Gresham Smith. “The project required precise design and engineering and construction planning to address complex physical and administrative barriers.”

Gresham Smith’s project team was multi-discipline effort led by Steve Crady, senior project manager in our Industrial market, with support across the firm. Our firm provided architectural services, interior design, multi-discipline engineering and design, and construction administration.
