Gresham Smith is proud to announce the completion of iVenture Solutions’ nearly 15,000-square-foot office space in Jacksonville, Florida. The design team created an energetic, collaborative space that supports the information technology company’s continued growth and brings the brand to life.
“At iVenture, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest levels of IT services across the state of Florida,” commented Mark Schnitzius, owner of iVenture Solutions. “Our people are our biggest asset and we believe that engaged employees make for happy customers. Our new modern, unique office space reflects our company culture and gives us the space we need to continue providing best in class service for our clients.”
“Throughout the design process, our goal was to understand who iVenture is as a company and then showcase that in the space,” commented Mary Couch, IIDA, project executive and senior interior designer at Gresham Smith. “From flexible furniture and spaces for collaboration to eye-catching graphics and branded elements, iVenture’s new space embraces who they are and what they do. Our team looks forward to continuing our partnership with the organization and supporting them in their growth.”
The office space includes open workstations and a work café, collaboration spaces for impromptu team meetings and a large break room that serves as a gathering place. A large outdoor porch and a new game room provide spaces for both work and play. The company’s signature green color is intentionally infused throughout the space, while large wall graphics reinforce the organization’s core values and connect the company’s people to their purpose. iVenture’s logo, nicknamed the “iGuy”, inspired branded elements such as a large, interactive wall maze, that engage and inspire employees. Additionally, the project team designed a refresh for the building’s exterior.
In addition to the organization’s Jacksonville office space, Gresham Smith also provided design services and branding for iVenture Solutions’ offices in Orlando, Florida and St. Petersburg, Florida.
