Gresham Smith Named a Best Place to Work in Nashville
Gresham Smith has been named a Best Place to Work by the Nashville Business Journal. Honored in the “giant” workplace category, the recognition was based on feedback received from the firm’s more than 400 Nashville employees when asked questions in several categories, including the firm’s culture, team effectiveness and trust in senior leadership. Staff celebrated the recognition at an internal event and representatives from the firm attended the official luncheon to accept the award on Thursday, May 9th.

Gresham Smith was founded in Nashville in 1967 and has played a significant role in shaping the region’s growth and development. Over 52 years, the team has been a part of several significant projects, and is currently working on a range of projects in Middle Tennessee including Nashville Yards, construction management for Metro Water Services’ Overflow Abatement Program, design of an LG Electronics Manufacturing Facility and an interchange modification study for TDOT at the I-40 @ Donelson Pike (SR 255) Interchange. The firm and its staff are heavily involved in a number of civic, industry and charitable organizations including the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, ACEC, AIA, United Way, American Heart Association and GraceWorks.
