For the second year in a row, Gresham Smith firm has been named a Top Workplace by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Honored in the small workplace category, the recognition was based on feedback received from the firm’s more than 80 employees in three Atlanta-area offices. Employees were asked questions covering seven areas, including organizational health factors relating to workplace culture.

Employees attended the ceremony on February 26 at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta.

“It’s exciting to be named a Top Workplace in Atlanta for the second consecutive year,” said Chairman and CEO Al Pramuk. “At Gresham Smith, we’re known for deep investment in individuals, insights, and outcomes, and we think this recognition really shows how much we value our company culture.”

Headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., Gresham Smith has had a local presence in Atlanta since 1996. Over 25 years, the team has been a part of several significant local infrastructure projects, including the design of the new Water Tower Global Innovation Hub, management of GDOT’s Traffic Operations and Safety program, enhancements to F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center and serving as architect-of-record for the Maynard H. Jackson International Terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
