Gresham Smith Named Among Atlanta’s Top Workplaces

March 5, 2019

Gresham Smith has been named a Top Workplace by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Honored in the small workplace category, the recognition was based on feedback received from the firm’s more than 80 employees in three Atlanta-area offices. Employees were asked questions covering seven areas, including organizational health factors relating to workplace culture. The three offices joined together virtually on Monday and employees raised a glass to toast to the award.

“We have a very special culture at Gresham Smith. We hope that employees see our organization as a place where they are supported in their personal development and professional growth,” commented Gresham Smith Chairman and CEO Al Pramuk. “This recognition as a Top Workplace is a testament to our Atlanta-area staff’s commitment to furthering our culture and genuinely caring for their colleagues and clients. As we celebrate our 25th anniversary in the Atlanta area this year, I’m proud of how we continue to be a part of the region’s growth and vitality. Congratulations to our staff for a well-earned recognition and here’s to many more years of being a desired place to work!”

Headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., Gresham Smith has had a local presence in Atlanta since 1996. Over 25 years, the team has been a part of several significant local infrastructure projects, including management of GDOT’s Traffic Operations and Safety program, improvements at RM Clayton Water Reclamation Center, enhancements to F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center and serving as architect-of-record for the Maynard H. Jackson International Terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
