Gresham Smith to Provide Right-of-Way Acquisition for Clayton County
Gresham Smith is proud to announce the firm’s recent contract with Clayton County, Georgia, to provide on-call right-of-way acquisition services.
The contract calls for Gresham Smith to provide acquisition and relocation services for future transportation projects. Following the requirements of the Uniform Act, the contract includes right-of-way and easement negotiations, appraisals, relocation assistance, cost estimates, and other needs for the Atlanta-area county’s suburban local, state and federally funded roadway and intersection improvements.
