Gresham Smith’s Ryan Rohe Named Developing Leader of the Year by NAIOP Nashville Chapter
Gresham, Smith and Partners is proud to announce that Ryan Rohe, AIA, LEED AP, an architect in the firm’s Nashville Corporate + Urban Design studio, was named the 2018 Developing Leader of the Year by NAIOP – The Commercial Real Estate Association’s Nashville chapter. The award is presented annually to a member of the NAIOP Nashville chapter, aged 35 or younger, who has made significant contributions to the commercial real estate industry and their community during the early years of their career.

As an architect in the firm’s Nashville Corporate + Urban Design studio, Rohe performs work on all phases of corporate office design projects. During his more than 10 years at GS&P, Rohe has worked on notable projects including the 1100 Charlotte Avenue mixed-use tower, which was honored with the 2017 Development of the Year award by the NAIOP Nashville chapter.
In addition to his work at GS&P, Rohe is actively involved in the industry and community. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Nashville Healthcare Council. Outside of the office, Ryan serves on the board of directors for the Nashville Food Project, helping to address food insecurity in Nashville and supporting the organization’s move to a new headquarters.
