June 1, 2018

Gresham, Smith and Partners announces that Senior Vice President Marc Sauvé, MBA, Lean, and Senior Designer Steve Verner, EDAC, will discuss the future of healthcare design at the Ohio Hospital Association’s Annual Meeting on June 4 in Columbus, Ohio. Through a case study on GS&P-designed Mount Carmel Health’s Grove City campus, the duo will share strategies for planning healthcare facilities that stand the test of time.

“In today’s healthcare environment, providers are challenged to design facilities that improve the health of the communities they serve while withstanding the transformations of the industry,” commented Sauvé. “Steve and I look forward to highlighting case study details from Mount Carmel Grove City and sharing lessons we have learned related to embracing the evolutions in the world of patient care.”

A summary of the discussion follows.
