The latest issue of the International Interior Design Association’s (IIDA) biannual journal Perspective features a wide-ranging interview with GS&P’s Wilson Rayfield, AIA, about the future of airport design. Rayfield, executive vice president of the firm’s Aviation market, discusses improving the passenger experience with intuitive wayfinding, incorporating an airport’s regional context in an appropriate way, giving passengers more control over their travel experience and the ongoing evolution of airport security.
