Nadine Poliard, NCIDQ, has joined Gresham Smith’s Tampa office as a senior interior designer in the Corporate + Urban Design market. With more than 20 years of experience, Nadine specializes in the design of corporate office spaces, including major relocations and renovations. At Gresham Smith, she’ll focus on project management, mentoring junior designers and business development in the bustling Tampa Bay area.

“Nadine brings a wealth of experience to our interior design team,” said Alyson Mandeville, WELL AP, Florida studio leader and senior interior designer at Gresham Smith. “She’s going to be a great resource for younger designers and a leader for our firm as we continue to grow our team in the Tampa market.”

Nadine joins the firm from NELSON, where for the past three years she has served as a project manager in Tampa and Atlanta. Prior to that, she held a variety of design roles in the Atlanta area with stints at Office Images, RJT+R Architecture + Interiors, Cooper Carry Architects and SRSS Interiors. She has helped design an administrative office for Randstad in Atlanta as well as spaces for large law firms such as Troutman Sanders LLP and Holland & Knight.

Outside of the office, she is active with CREW Tampa Bay, Habitat for Humanity and the Westshore Alliance, where she is a member of the master planning committee. In addition, she has taught as an adjunct professor of interior design at both Brenau University and American Intercontinental University in Atlanta, and she plans to look for teaching opportunities in the Tampa Bay area. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida International University and Master of Fine Arts from Brenau University.
