Kevin Young Grows Gresham Smith’s Commissioning Practice

Gresham Smith announces that Kevin Young has joined the firm as a commissioning agent in the firm’s Building Engineering market. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he will use his expertise in building control strategies and start up commissioning to expand the firm’s commissioning services across the state of Florida.

Prior to joining Gresham Smith, Young worked for mechanical contractors across Florida, including WW Gay Mechanical, Johnson Controls and Siemens Building Technologies. In addition to his strong knowledge of building control strategies, he also brings deep technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities across multiple software platforms, networks, refrigeration systems, chiller systems and DX air conditioning units.
