Matt Mulick Joins GS&P as Industrial Architectural Department Manager

Gresham, Smith and Partners announces that Matt Mulick, AIA, NCARB, has joined GS&P as architectural department manager in the Industrial market. He brings more than 20 years of experience delivering architectural services across the globe. Mulick will apply his extensive design, management, team leadership and business development skills to support GS&P’s growing Industrial team and continue raising the bar for client service.

Prior to joining GS&P, Mulick worked for more than 20 years in the Chicago area. He most recently served as a senior project architect, office leader and mentor at Ware Malcomb in Oak Brook, Ill., where he successfully managed a large portfolio of industrial production and distribution facilities projects with multi-million-dollar revenues. Mulick was also a project manager and project architect at The Jenkins Group Architects in Itasca, Ill. He is an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Health Care Institute (HCI). A native of St. Louis, Mulick is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Urban Design. Additionally, he attended the Ecole de’ Comondo’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning/Design in Paris, France.
