Nashville Business Journal Tours Gresham Smith-Designed 222 High-Rise

Gresham Smith’s Director of Architectural Design Jeff Kuhnhenn, AIA, LEED AP, gave the Nashville Business Journal a tour of the 25-story 222 high-rise in Nashville’s SoBro neighborhood. The NBJ describes the Gresham Smith-designed tower as “downtown’s biggest multi-tenant office building to open since the Great Recession.” Kuhnhenn discusses the design philosophy and creative decisions that helped the team to maximize the site’s potential and create an iconic space that attracts top-quality tenants.
