New Senior Leader Robert Moser Grows Gresham Smith’s Transportation Team in Charlotte
Gresham Smith announces that Robert Moser, P.E., has joined the firm as a senior transportation leader in Charlotte. He brings 30 years of experience working on a variety of public, private, urban and rural transportation projects, with a focus on roadway and bridge design. He will use his project expertise and business development background to continue enhancing the quality of Transportation services Gresham Smith offers to clients and growing the firm’s portfolio in North Carolina.

Moser was most recently a senior associate with Stantec, Inc., in Houston, Texas, where he led civil design management, business planning, budgeting, marketing, sales, client development, staff development, project management, and design and plan production. There he managed two $10 million roadway rehabilitation projects with water and sewer replacements, along with many others. He also spent six years in leadership roles with engineering firms in Columbia, S.C. Moser began his career with the South Carolina Department of Transportation Design.
He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and American Public Works Association (APWA), and he holds P.E. certification in six states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Ohio and Texas. Moser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering/Water Resources/Environmental, both from the University of South Carolina.
