GS&P Elects Oatman and Zyga to Board of Directors

Gresham, Smith and Partners announces it has elected two new members to its Board of Directors. Effective April 1, 2017, Leith Oatman, RID, LEED AP, senior vice president, and Ken Zyga, P.E., PMP, LEED AP, executive vice president, will join the Board which governs the Partnership and provides fiduciary responsibilities of the Partnership’s business affairs.

“The diverse backgrounds and experience that Leith and Ken will bring to the overall composition of our Board will be valuable as our Partnership continues to evolve in response to trends which  impact our clients and the communities in which we work and live,” commented Al Pramuk, P.E., Chairman and CEO of GS&P. “As senior leaders with significant industry experience, Leith and Ken will bring new perspectives to the Board, while sharing a common commitment to GS&P’s core values. Leith Oatman, RID, LEED AP, is a senior vice president and an executive leader for GS&P’s Corporate + Urban Design market in Florida. She guides corporate-focused strategic planning throughout the state and has contributed to significant portfolio growth in Central and South Florida. During her 21 years at GS&P, Oatman has served as principal-in-charge and senior interior designer for numerous award-winning projects. Oatman serves on the Board of Directors for CoreNet’s Tampa Chapter and has been recognized a “Woman of Influence” by the Jacksonville Business Journal and a Distinguished Alumnus by the University of Florida’s School of Design, Construction and Planning. 
 
Ken Zyga, P.E., PMP, LEED AP, is executive vice president of GS&P's Industrial market. He leads business development efforts and provides strategic direction for the firmwide practice with a primary focus on providing high quality service and clear value to clients. Since joining GS&P in 2011, he has consistently worked to leverage GS&P's full breadth of talent and services to help respond to client needs. Zyga is a member of many industry-focused organizations, including the Association for Facilities Engineering and the Project Management Institute.
