GS&P Selected to Provide On-Call Engineering Services for Port of Portland

Water and Environment Team Will Support Needs Across Organization’s Diverse Facilities

Gresham, Smith and Partners is proud to announce the firm has been awarded a three-year on-call contract with the Port of Portland to provide water resources management and environmental consulting services, building upon the firm’s 12-year relationship with the organization. G&SP will work with the Port of Portland to develop and implement strategic, sustainable solutions to meet their stormwater and deicer management and general water resource needs. Under the contract, GS&P may assist with regulatory work, support planning, economic analysis, concept development, modeling and project design work.

The Port of Portland is responsible for the management of Portland International Airport (PDX), Hillsboro Airport and Troutdale Airport, as well as four marine terminals, four industrial facilities and multiple commercial developments in the Portland, Ore., metropolitan area. GS&P has served as a trusted, strategic advisor to the organization for more than a decade and has worked on multiple projects for the client, including the Portland International Airport Deicer Management System Expansion and the Port of Portland Integrated Stormwater Master Plan.
