In 2016, Gresham Smith designed indoor and outdoor amenity areas for a proposed multi-family mixed-use facility in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood. The team created an interior concept with a refined industrial aesthetic utilizing a mix of neutral timeless materials and an upbeat vibe. The amenity spaces offered a broad spectrum of private, small gatherings and low-key lounge space to high-energy entertainment zones that flow throughout the property. Indoor spaces included a leasing center, club room, fitness center, dog wash and ride-share lounge.

A Regional Aesthetic and Unique Environment

A Regional Aesthetic and Unique Environment

The team enjoyed designing spaces that complement the regional aesthetic and Germantown’s unique environment, while embracing a casual ambiance and making sure to address the desires of the client. Wood and other light industrial materials achieved a refined, urban vibe, while landscape architects created a variety of welcoming outdoor spaces.

The project was not constructed.
