As Deloitte’s architectural and interior design partner, we have been involved in diverse projects ranging from a 25,000-square-foot Tier III data center to the build-out of a 53,000-square-foot LEED Gold certified office facility. In addition, we have been involved in the design of multiple project roll-outs, which typically range from 5,000 to 65,000 square feet and require a design and construction schedule of less than six months. Most recently, our design team completed three Deloitte practice offices: a LEED Gold certified project in Charlotte, North Carolina; a LEED Silver certified project in Miami, Florida; and an office in Raleigh, North Carolina which is planned for LEED Silver certification.
For more than a decade, our partnership with Deloitte has provided a broad range of professional services on more than 75 projects across the U.S. Today, we continue to support the needs and goals of up to 130 Deloitte office locations nationwide. The designs are a reflection of Deloitte’s operations and culture, and provide for an efficient use of space and enhanced collaboration between employees and departments.
