After GBT Realty purchased the site of a former auto repair shop, they turned to Gresham Smith to design what will become one of the most sought-after corporate addresses in the booming Gulch district of downtown Nashville.
The 24-story iconic addition to the Nashville skyline will feature Class A office space and ground floor retail with direct access to I-40 and downtown as well as the Gulch. Once it’s completed in 2022, ONE22ONE will be the new gateway to Broadway.
