Raytheon North Airport Expansion

Gresham Smith designed a 300,000 square foot multi-purpose building for Raytheon. The secured facility contains proprietary operations built on an access-controlled campus. The project required precise design and engineering and construction planning to address complex physical and administrative barriers. A separate interstitial space floor had to be designed for the routing of utilities and systems carrying classified information. Our firm provided architectural services, interior design, multi-disciplined engineering and design, and construction administration.
