Pulte Homes sought to develop a 227-acre site into a very exclusive residential single-family development. The site just south of Nashville actually spanned two jurisdictions: Nashville Metro and the City of Brentwood. The proposed project included the implementation of a portion of Jones Parkway, a north-south arterial connector, which generated cross-traffic concerns from both cities.

Our team’s previous project involvement as well as solid reputation with both jurisdictions led Pulte Homes to seek our assistance with the complex site plan approval process. Our land planners, surveyors, civil engineers and traffic engineers provided technical input that ultimately helped Pulte Homes gain approvals from all entities involved. Our design and survey team's assistance with off-site roadway and utility extension, including easement acquisitions, also proved essential to the development’s viability.

The entitled property was eventually sold to CPS Land, who also retained our Land Planning and survey professionals to assist with final platting and construction implementation. The end result is a high-end collection of exceptional luxury homes featuring a combination of natural beauty, classic architecture and high-end amenities. As a testament to the success of this community, it was selected to host two successful Parade of Homes.
