Gresham Smith Selected to Design Flagler Health+ Medical Campus in Durbin Park

Gresham Smith is proud to announce that the firm has been selected by Flagler Health+ and UF Health to design a comprehensive health and wellness campus in Durbin Park, Florida. As part of a design-build team, the firm will partner with Stellar on the five-year, $150-million project, which aims to expand access to high-quality, patient-centric care for the northeast Florida community.

The first project in Flagler Heath+’s collaboration with UF Health, the 42-acre medical campus is strategically located between Interstate 95 and State Road 9B.  The site may eventually include hospital facilities, medical residency programs and other educational opportunities for medical professionals. Discussions also are planned regarding ambulatory medical services that would expand the accessibility of care.

Groundbreaking is planned for fall 2020. The project will be completed in three phases and is anticipated to complete by 2025.
