The model will be used create a Stormwater Master Plan that will list recommendations and prioritize capital improvement projects. Additionally, Gresham Smith will assess existing conditions of stormwater assets, establish a work order and asset management system for tracking the life of stormwater assets, and implement a stormwater utility fund for repairs and capital improvements.
