Gresham Smith’s Ruthie Jones to Speak on Panel at AASHTO Annual Committee Meeting
Gresham Smith is proud to announce that Ruthie Jones, Georgia Right of Way Acquisition Department Leader, will speak on a panel at the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Committee on Right of Way (ROW), Utilities & Outdoor Advertising Control 2024 Annual Meeting on April 8 in Bellevue, Washington.
Ruthie will be joined by department of transportation professionals and additional consultants in a session titled “Managing Consultants on your ROW Project”. The panelists will outline the opportunities that consultants and owners have to successfully deliver ROW projects. Ruthie serves on AASHTO’s Right of Way (ROW) Technical Subcommittee and is considered one of the foremost experts in the ROW acquisition process, specializing in acquisition and negotiations, local government coordination, ROW management, federal- and state-owned parcel acquisition and training.
