As an A/E firm, we look for ways to incorporate the tenets of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging into our design solutions in order to keep the needle moving in the right direction through the spaces and places we create. We believe that with each of our projects, it is essential to cultivate open and empathetic design processes to make life a little safer, a little easier, and a little better for the end users of our facilities.
We also strive to select business partners and consultants that reflect the diversity of our clients and communities. As part of our process, we are becoming more diligent in proactively partnering with firms that are certified as minority-owned, disadvantaged-owned, women-owned and veteran-owned businesses.
Employee Resource Networks
