Gresham Smith is excited to welcome Mindy Moore, P.E., back to our firm as a Vice President in the Water + Environment Market. She will be based in our Nashville headquarters.
With nearly three decades of experience in both the practice and management side of the industry, Moore brings a high level of understanding and skill to the Water + Environment Market. In her new role, she will provide client-focused business development expertise in Tennessee, as well as support market-wide strategic pursuits.

Prior to rejoining Gresham Smith, Moore most recently served as the strategic pursuits leader at HDR, Inc., where she led the implementation of strategic visioning practices to consistently win top pursuits and advance key growth initiatives. Additional notable positions include client service leader and eventual vice president at Barge Design Solutions and her original role as a senior business development manager at Gresham Smith.
Moore earned her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering with a construction management focus, along with her Master of Business Administration degree, from the University of Tennessee. She has also served as a board member on the Sumner County Health and Safety Standards Board since 2017.
