Peter is responsible for overseeing successful business operations for the firm by understanding the expectations of our leaders, staff and clients. He draws from over 35 years of broad, international experience, including as a municipal client, technical specialist and operations leader. Since joining Gresham Smith in 2016, he has used this expertise to focus on effective growth and profitable success.

Peter has always balanced technical innovation and staff development. Still working alongside staff and clients, he makes sure that the right people are doing the right things at the right time, and in the right place, to make sure they are matching their expectations and needs to see career growth and opportunity.
