As the company continued to experience success and growth, iVenture sought a larger, more flexible workspace for its Jacksonville employees. Working with a nearly 15,000-square-foot space, our team created an energetic, collaborative office environment that supports the IT company’s continued growth and brings the brand to life.

Understanding iVenture
Throughout the design process, our goal was to understand who iVenture is as a company and then showcase that in the space. The organization’s purpose statement and eight core values drove our decisions and helped us create an authentic experience for employees.
Spaces for Work and Play
The office includes open workstations and a work café, collaboration spaces for impromptu team meetings and a large break room that serves as a gathering place. A large outdoor porch and a new game room provide spaces for both work and play.
An On-Brand Experience
The company’s signature green color is intentionally infused throughout the space, while large wall graphics reinforce the organization’s core values and connect iVenture’s employees to their purpose. iVenture’s Logo, nicknamed the “iGuy,” inspired branded elements such as a large, interactive wall maze, that engage and inspire employees.Gallery
