Gresham Smith’s team of engineers, planners, analysts, communications professionals, and technology specialists leverages data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for proactive safety improvements. Through the evaluation of crash and roadway safety data, we support FDOT with the following services:

  • Identify trends and risk factors associated with fatal and serious injury crashes
  • Prioritize safety investments and resource allocation
  • Develop targeted strategies, policies, and programs
  • Support evidence-based decision-making at the state and local levels.

These efforts enable FDOT to focus on initiatives that deliver measurable safety benefits and advance Target Zero objectives.
