Wayfinding is about more than maps and arrows—it’s about the journey. Our wayfinding experts explore visual, verbal and virtual solutions for communicating with passengers to make the airport experience as seamless, straightforward and stress-free as possible.

From traditional visual wayfinding to interactive signage, self-serve kiosks and mobile apps, we’ve planned and designed wayfinding for some of the busiest airports in the United States, including Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Tampa International Airport, and Los Angeles International Airport. Additionally, our designers have also contributed to ACRP research on wayfinding that sets the standard for the industry as a whole.
