With a career spanning more than two decades, Dale has extensive experience developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business growth while also managing client relationships. He excels at collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver smart, sustainable solutions for water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.
Prior to joining Gresham Smith, Dale served as vice president, director of operations at Jacobs, where he led the Georgia and Central Florida infrastructure operations and was responsible for growing business in the region.
