Jessica Lucyshyn is market vice president of Land Planning at Gresham Smith. In her role, she oversees project delivery, staff development and client service, as well as the day-to-day operations of the Land Planning market.

A licensed professional civil engineer in both Tennessee and Florida, Jessica brings over 25 years of experience in land development and engineering to the firm. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, from project management and regulatory agency permitting to property entitlement, rezoning and planned developments, site analysis and planning, site development construction administration and scheduling, site development design and permitting, and stormwater master planning. Her contributions to the industry were recognized in 2020 when she was named a “Woman of Influence” by the Nashville Business Journal.

Prior to joining Gresham Smith, Jessica was vice president and part-owner at Burkett Engineering, Inc., in Orlando, Florida. There, she oversaw diverse projects, including residential, commercial, industrial and resort developments across central Florida. She also served as project manager and engineer-of-record for extensive projects at Florida’s Orange Lake Resort.
