We are proud to announce that Gresham Smith Healthcare Senior Vice President Skip Yauger, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, along with two Gresham Smith-designed projects were honored at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Jacksonville Chapter’s Design & Honor Awards Gala on September 19.
Yauger received the Henry John Klutho Award, AIA Jacksonville’s most distinguished individual honor. This award recognizes a lifetime of commitment to design excellence, advancement of the profession and the enhancement of our built environment.
Additionally, Baptist Health Care Pensacola’s Brent Lane Campus Hospital received a Merit Award for Commercial Built projects and Silverleaf Health & Wellness Campus won a Merit Award for Commercial Unbuilt projects.
The AIA Jacksonville Design and Honor Awards Program honors members, advocates, and industry participants in the Jacksonville architectural profession. These awards encourage excellence in architecture to elevate public consciousness of good planning and design, and recognize those whose work or advocacy enriches the built environment. Design and Honor Awards are bestowed upon members and participants who have contributed to the advancement of architecture, urban planning, art and craftsmanship.
