Bringing Affordable Housing to East Nashville

Gresham Smith is working with the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) to develop a mixed-income residential building in East Nashville. Supporting MDHA’s mission to create affordable housing opportunities, support neighborhoods, strengthen communities and help build a greater Nashville, we are contributing to the Envision Cayce Master Plan with a building that will feature 107 residential units mixed between one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans. A structured parking podium is also planned for the development.
