Driven by the design concept ‘greater than the sum of its parts’, the space features patterning, wherein smaller elements coalesce to form a larger, cohesive whole. The warm timber structure, a dominant feature in the space, is balanced with the introduction of smoky blue undertones that neutralize the warmth. This is further enhanced by the contrasting elements of dark woods and metals, with accents in stainless steel and copper.

Inside, the space includes a welcoming reception area that functions more as a coffee bar than a traditional desk. A high-tech, high-audio ‘Creative House’ was designed to foster collaboration and innovation and is connected to the work lounge by a 20-foot monumental stair. The space also includes a lounge with a commanding LED screen for artist content and private outdoor terraces.

The project introduced a free-address work style for most employees, reduced office size dramatically, shifted the ratio from individual space priority to shared space priority and dedicated 25% of the office footprint to a hospitality rich reception and multi-functional work lounge.
