Located in Lexington, the property was once a prominent Kentucky horse farm that was home to the first Kentucky Derby winner, Aristides. Now the 735-acre campus has transitioned into a hub of creative innovation, living and recreation. Its connection to the 12-mile running and biking Legacy Trail provides a connection to downtown Lexington. Commissioned to honor the rich history of the Bluegrass Region, Gresham Smith has crafted a clubhouse that captures the distinctive charm of bourbon rickhouses, integrating materials that reflect the region’s unique character.
